Do you offer returns and exchanges?

At this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. As a small business, we operate with limited resources and are committed to minimizing our environmental impact.

Please review all of the product details before making your purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes. 

We carefully inspect all of our orders for quality, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can make it right.

Where do you ship?

At this time we offer domestic shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories. All orders over $50, enjoy free shipping!

We hope to offer international shipping soon!

When will my order ship

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and fulfillment. We fulfill orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. 

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

If your package is mistakenly marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend that you reach out to the carrier and/or your local post office directly for assistance.

If your order is lost while in transit, please reach out via our contact form page and include your order number. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered with packages once they have been delivered to the accurate shipping address so please be home to receive your package.
